IEX Labs Industry Faculty Program - A New Model of Industry–Academic Collaboration
The IEX Labs Faculty Program is a selective call for senior industry researchers and advanced development leaders to join the IE School of Science & Technology as recognized IEX Labs Industry Faculty. IEX Labs faculty serve as advisors, creating connections between academia and industry while working from their global industry locations. IEX industry faculty typically do not allocate time on the university campus. In the short term, this approach increases the communication between industry researchers and academic faculty.
The faculty affiliation is designed to be appropriate for employees of existing institutions and may be considered an academic advisory activity for recognition, professional networking, and does not require a specific time commitment or any traditional IE Faculty roles.
For more information, you may contact and/or submit applications to Ikhlaq Sidhu, Dean of the IE School of Science & Technology at isidhu@faculty.ie.edu, and chair of the selection committee
